kabag (pronounced quickly) are bats, adobo cooked (this pic) and served as "ulam" (viand or food that goes with rice) or as "pulutan" (food served while drinking)
it tastes like "balut" (fertilized duck egg) to me but my friend said it tastes like "itik" (a breed of duck).
